Atlas Lead-Zinc Area:
The Atlas Group staked this Atlas Lead-Zinc Area in the 1960s, and subsequently delineated several stream sediment anomalies. Gossans, kill zones and ferricrete-stained creeks characterise the area. It is believed that the structure responsible for mineralisation in the Atlas area is the same as the one controlling mineralisation at the Andrew Zinc Deposit.
